Your Final paper is a five page paper on any media technology topic of your choice. Please find a topic that has been reported on recently (e.g. COVID-19, reportage and race, privacy, or any of the case studies we've done this semester) and apply the readings and lectures from class.

This should be a formal research paper, so I want you to contribute your own ideas and thoughts to a broader discussion. Part of a research paper is develop a clear, and arguable thesis and research question.

Please review the course policies and grading criteria for more information. I epexct citations (approximately four of them and at least two of those should be readings from class this semester).

• Length: 1200 words
• Citation Style: Use whatever citation method you're most comfortable with. My personal preference is Chicago.
• Grade: 30% of your grade
